Next Steps for 3Kings Kafe & Kitchen Project

Brainstorming, Facebook posts and more for 3Kings Kafe & Kitchen's live project

So here's the next step; we sat together one afternoon and started brainstorming and there we came with a content calendar for Facebook posts for the next 3 months.

We put a list together on the upcoming festivals of India and International events that we can concentrate on to create relevant posts.

We came up with ideas for 3Kings Kafe & Kitchen on what they can do on special events and international days like World Earth Day, World Book Day, Mother's Day to name a few.

Also a list of other type of posts that we can do like Tips & Recipes from 3Kings Kafe & Kitchen; Chefs' profile

We suggested them to have an on-ground event for these days and therefore we could promote and talk about the same on Facebook with pre-event and post-event happenings and the restaurant.

We also caught the current season of IPL and wanted people to walk-in to the restaurant to dine while watch the live streaming of the matches.

The next 3 months calendar was drawn with recommended events and we got approval for the IPL posts to start with and also we started posting some Tips which was given by the Chief Chef Mr. Paul Rajarajan.

You can see couple of posts which was created by me for one of the IPL matches and also for the 'Watermelon month' along with the engagement data on Facebook.

Why should NGOs use social media?

Why should NGOs use social media? Social media is one of the best ways to start connecting to people as social itself means “people” and we need people to begin for any NGO to work. Through social media, we can connect to our audience (be it, partners or donors). Social media creates a relationship between the donors and the NGO, unlike the website which acts as a notice board or journal. Social media helps in creating connections between the donor and getting feedback along with contributions for the causes too in terms of money and volunteers. As social media has become an integral part of the daily lives of all human beings, NGOs should not miss the chance to use them too for the causes and to raise funds. Important reasons for NGOs to be on Facebook Social media has occupied the majority of our lives today and especially after the pandemic, people’s life has become virtual and almost all activities happen online including connecting with family and friends to transacting fo...
